As a result, I have been leading and serving in various ministry contexts for four decades and have served on a local church staff in full-time ministry for over 20 years. Whether through teaching the Bible, coaching pastoral staff and leaders, building teams, or mobilizing and empowering individuals to ministry… my heart’s desire is to make a difference in the health and effectiveness of Christ’s church!
